MEET COACH COLIN

Former all-state football athlete and three-time district wrestling champion. Colin built 22 Fitness on a simple belief: every athlete deserves coaching that pushes them beyond what they thought possible.

Based in Central New Jersey, Colin works with athletes across the state — training at local facilities and traveling to schools and fields. His approach combines structured programming with real-world athletic demands.
